Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses and suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, our shipping time and return policy are different.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time for the dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 17-26 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.

Wedding Dresses
It will take 19-28 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.


Chinese Dresses
For standard Chinese Dresses it will take 6 - 8 working days for our professional tailors to make. And special Hand-Embroidered Chinese Dresses will take 20-22 working days for our professional tailors to make. All Chinese dresses take further 3-8 working days to ship from us to you. Exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (e.g. UPS, DHL, TNT) standard.

Order Cancellations

All dresses ordered can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 25% of the item price. Thank you for your understanding.
